Order

To process your order, please ensure it includes your full name, postal address, phone number, email address, and any other details requested on this website. We regret that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Only credit card payments are accepted on the JYX.Shop website. IDS does not accept deposits to secure a purchase and does not offer payment by instalments.

Payment must be made by credit card through the secure payment facility on this website or via funds transfer between Singapore banks.

Once payment has been received and verified, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. For international orders, you will also receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If you do not receive an order confirmation within four (4) working days (please check your junk or spam folder), kindly contact us at enquiries@jyx.shop.

Your payment will be processed in Singapore Dollars. Any other currency displayed on this website is for reference only. IDS is not responsible for any losses resulting from exchange rate fluctuations or additional fees imposed by your bank or card provider.

We aim to process and pack all orders within 1–3 working days of payment receipt. Delivery will then be managed by our appointed courier service to your specified address.

Please note that once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address after confirming your order, please contact us at enquiries@jyx.shop as soon as possible. We may only be able to update the address if the item has not yet been shipped.

Cancellations

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, with inaccurate information, or is unavailable due to a typographical error or oversight, we reserve the right to cancel the order, even if it has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. This right may be exercised up until the time of delivery.

If such a cancellation occurs after your payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your credit card account for the affected amount.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is defective or incorrect. If this occurs, we sincerely apologise and will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase at enquiries@jyx.shop and include the following details:

– Your order reference number
– A clear photograph of the damaged packaging and product (if applicable)
– A brief written description of the defect
– Indicate whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund

Please do not dispose of defective items, as we will need to collect them. Kindly note that the original shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will only be processed once we have received the relevant IDS product in its original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. You will be responsible for the return delivery charges and a 25% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the returned products. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.

For any exchange or refund, products must have been purchased directly from the jyx.shop website. We are unable to process exchanges or replacements for products purchased from IDS retail outlets.

Approved refunds (less the restocking fee) will be credited to your original payment method within 2 to 4 weeks after we receive your item(s). Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. You will receive a notification email once your refund has been completed.

Shipping & Information

Domestic Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation. As deliveries are handled by third-party courier services, actual delivery times may vary, and your order may arrive earlier or later than the estimated delivery time.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all local orders above S$80. This offer applies only to deliveries within Singapore.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination. Delivery times vary by destination country and shipping zone.

Courier Partners & Tracking

All international orders are shipped via Provenance or other authorised courier partners, offering door-to-door delivery and full tracking.

Late or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 working days, please contact us at enquiries@jyx.shop with your order number for assistance. Kindly note that IDS is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from courier delays.

Peak Period Delays

During peak seasons and festive periods, deliveries may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please contact the courier directly to arrange a suitable re-delivery date.

Duties & Taxes

Domestic Orders

All local orders include Goods & Services Tax (GST) as required under Singapore regulations.

International Orders

For deliveries outside Singapore, your order may be subject to customs inspection, duties, and taxes imposed by local authorities in accordance with the laws of your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to provide estimates or assistance regarding such charges; please consult your local customs office before placing an order.

If you choose not to accept delivery due to applicable taxes or duties, you will be liable for all return shipping costs, including any return taxes or duties incurred.
