When can you use the birthday month discount code?
The code can only be used during the Birthday Month and can only be used on ala carte items. Each member who are entitled to a 30% OFF Birthday Month discount code can only use the code once only for the current year
Is the birthday month discount code stackable with promo codes?
No. You cannot use the 30% OFF discount code with other promo codes. If you use other promo codes with your 30% OFF discount code from your Birthday Month, your 30% OFF discount code from your Birthday Month will automatically be removed from the cart
How do I make an online purchase at jyx.shop?
- Register as a new user at www.jyx.shop/login.
- Login your new account and begin shopping.
- Simply select the item(s) you wish to purchase and Add to Cart.
- Preview your selected item(s) in the Shopping Cart located on the top right of the page. You may make an edit in your Shopping Cart.
- If you have a coupon/promo code, please enter the code and apply.
- When you are ready to place the order, hit the Checkout button.
- Fill in your billing and delivery details.

What payment gateway JYX is using?

How long does my order confirmation take?
Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed. Please check your email for order confirmation.

We accept all major Credit Cards. We regret to inform that we do not accept Telegraphic Transfers from banks outside of Singapore.

We take pride in ensuring that your purchase is delivered to you on time — we process orders once the payment process is complete. Therefore, we are unable to amend your order once it is confirmed and payment complete.

Why can’t I add certain products into my cart?

Can you put me on the waiting list for Out of Stock products?
We know how frustrating it is when your favourite products are out of stock and we’re sorry about that. In the meantime, we’re working on the Waiting List option. In the near future, you’ll be able to add the Out of Stock product(s) to your Wish List, so you can track its availability when you visit us next!
Can I test the products before buying them online?
As we are an online store, we do not have this option. However, we have a dedicated team who is ready to answer any questions you may have regarding our products. How does Atome work?
Atome splits up the total bill into three equal and interest free instalment. You purchase as per normal. It's that simple
How do I pay using Atome?
After entering your details and shipping address, click proceed. You will come to a page that allows you to choose between [Full Payment] and [Instalment Payment].
Select Instalment (powered by atome.sg), to break your payments up in 3 parts over 3 months.
eg: If you purchase a $300 item, you pay $100 upfront, $100 on the second month, and the final $100 on the third month to clear the bill
Are the instalments interest free?
Yes. This 3-part instalment program powered by Atome is interest free
Can I use both credit card and debit card for the Instalment purchase?
Yes. Both credit and debit cards are allowed
What happens if I want to make product refund with the Instalment payment plan?
Refund T&Cs follows JYX eligibility and process of refund. Atome is an additional mode of payment that allows for Instalments over 3 months, to improve the purchase experience and ease for our customers.
If a refund is approved, Atome will inform JYX.shop that a refund process is triggered.
If you receive a full refund, any unpaid instalments will be cancelled , and the amount already charged will be refunded. For example, if you have made your first repayment, we will cancel the two other instalments and you will also get your first instalment refunded.
With a partial refund, refund amounts are taken off your next scheduled instalment first. For example, if you bought two items that cost $45 each and paid your first instalment of $30, you will receive a partial refund of $45. Your third instalment will be cancelled and you'll only pay $15 for your second instalment. Any excess balance will be refunded to your debit or credit card.
Two items: $90 (30 x 3 instalments) Partial refund: $45
Amount due: $45
First instalment = $30Second instalment = $30 (-$15) Third instalment = $30 (cancelled)
Your Atome account will be updated to reflect the full or partial refund under the "Bills" tab.
I have Atome Vouchers. How do I use them?
1. Vouchers can only be used on the Atome mobile App, to utilise the voucher, simply select "Atome" as the payment method when completing your order on the merchant's page and you will be redirected to Atome's payment page.
2. Upon tapping on the "Continue to pay" button, you will see the "add promotions" field.
3. Select from the vouchers available and click "Confirm" to apply the voucher.
What happens if I miss a payment on Atome?
If you missed a scheduled instalment, Atome will freeze your account until the amount due is paid. To reactivate your account, Atome will charge a $20 administrative fee. If this administrative fee and instalment is not paid within seven days, an additional $10 fee will be charged. In Singapore, the maximum administrative fee is capped at S$60 per transaction. If you make your payments on time, the only cost you’ll ever pay is the cost of the item you’re buying. So do take note to pay your instalments on time if you are paying via Atome! :)

Why does my product rub off or ball up during application?
Product balling (also known as pilling) is very common. It has to do with how well the product is absorbed by the skin. Products can also ball up because of incorrect application — when too much products are used or the wrong order of application of the products. Always start with ones with more fluid or lightweight texture or apply a thin layer and use soft pressing / dabbing motions rather than rubbing / massaging actions. The last possible reason may be because your skin hasn’t been properly exfoliated before to allow better penetration of the product.
